Short, gentle walks - weekly on Thursdays from Monksdale Road Allotments and monthly from Manvers Street Baptist Church. They are social and friendly and we go at the right pace for the group. If you want to start increasing your exercise or want a bit of company when out for some fresh air, these walks might be just right.
