Divine HomeCare is a local, family run-specialist domiciliary care agency based in Radstock, Midsomer Norton near the City of Bath and was formed in October 2013.
Divine HomeCare is built on the desire to provide the best care to clients and their loved ones, and to be accessible in times of need, 24 hour a day 7 days a week.
Divine HomeCare is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we welcome and comply with the registration, inspection and auditing process that regulation brings. We firmly believe that this commitment to transparency and quality can only drive the best possible experience for the families that we support and care for.
Divine HomeCare are able to offer Domiciliary care services to clients in their own homes. We discuss with the client and their family the type and amount of care they require.
This may include:
- Domestic services as part of a support plan
- Live-in care service
- 24-hour care
- Night sitting or sleep over service
- Getting up or putting to bed service
- Hospital discharge service
- Shopping services
- Laundry services
- Bathing services
- Meal preparation / provision
- Outings and special events
- Holiday escorting services (including foreign holidays)
- Liaison with social workers, district nurses, family and friends.
