What we offer

The support line can be reached Monday-Sunday between 5:30pm-11:00pm where you will be offered calm, non-clinical support over the phone. Staff can listen and offer calm, non-judgemental emotional support, and will focus on helping you to stay safe and look at a short-term plan for next steps for crisis prevention.

The in-person hub is open Monday-Sunday 6:00pm - 10:30pm and is situated at Oasis Fountain Buildings in Bath. During your visit you can choose to spend time in a quiet place, listen to music, watch a movie, or make use of our arts and crafts area. You may want to spend time chatting with others, or speaking to a member of our staff.
