Our mission is empowering people with M.E. to fulfil their potential and secure the care and support they need, while working towards a greater understanding of the illness and ultimately a cure. Our friendly and welcoming groups are led by specially trained staff and volunteers. Our groups are for people living with mild to moderate dementia. Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.

All-Aboard is an accessible watersports charity based in Bristol Harbour, dedicated to removing barriers so everyone can enjoy the benefits of watersports. Bath Ethnic Minority Senior Citizens Association (BEMSCA) has been established for 30 years. It began initially as a luncheon club service for the older people of the Caribbean, Asian and Chinese communities in Bath and North East Somerset. BEMSCA offers a space where all older people can meet and socialise with people from similar ethnic backgrounds to themselves. They can also access advice and information on a broad range of health, mental health and housing and welfare issues, which can be a life-line for people who do not speak English as their first language.
