Rainbow Resource is Bath and North East Somerset's SEND Local Offer. It provides children and young people (aged up to 25) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families with information to help them find the right help and support. Join our free Rainbow Resource Scheme. We offer a Rainbow Resource card to all children and young people aged between 0-25 years, with a Special Educational Need and/ or Disability (SEND) or an additional need, living across Bath and North East Somerset.
