Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.

We offer an 8-bed supported housing project in Bath for Adults with a diagnosis of Autism. The intention is for all residents to move into independent living within two years.

Avon Fire & Rescue offer free Home Fire Safety Visits to vulnerable people in our communities, to keep them safer from fire in their homes. During our visits we talk about fire safety and install smoke alarms and potentially other fire safety equipment, free of charge. As part of the Dementia Safeguarding Scheme we, alongside other emergency service partners, have created a wristband to help protect and safeguard those vulnerable people with dementia in our society. We hope these devices will provide some reassurance to families who may be worried about their loved ones at risk.

The questionnaire leads to an outcome of either fire safety information being sent to you or AF&RS offering a Home Fire Safety Visit.
