Citizens Advice Bath & North East Somerset is an independent charity that provides free, impartial advice and information on a range of issues.
We can help with most everyday problems from employment to housing and debt. We can also offer advice and information about reducing energy costs and water consumption, help with financial worries / cost-of-living, legal advice, and practical support for those affected by cancer.
Before using our service we encourage clients to use our Advice Guide, which has information on a wide range of issues.

Our drop-in advisers will assess your issue, deciding if you need specialist advice, a different agency or assisted self-help.
