Open2Change Programme

Open2Change is a support programme for people who have harmed others and want to make positive changes. The programme helps you understand how your behaviour affects your partner, children, and family, and gives you practical tools to manage your thoughts, feelings, and actions in safer ways. You will work one-to-one with a trained worker through personalised sessions, exercises, and activities that help you reflect, take responsibility, and build healthier relationship skills. Open2Change works with other support services, like IDVAs and Family Link Workers, to make sure everyone in your family stays safe. The aim of the programme is to help you become more aware of your behaviour, improve your relationships, and make long-term changes that reduce risk to others and support your family’s wellbeing.
