Who is the programme for?

This holiday provision is for school-aged children from reception to year 11 (inclusive) who receive benefits-related free school meals.

Benefits-related free school meals (FSM) are available to pupils if their parents are in receipt of one of the qualifying benefits, and have a claim verified by their school or local authority.

What is it?

Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) activities, funded by the Department of Education, will be delivered across Bath and North East Somerset by a variety of local and national partners. Each provider has experience in delivering high quality holiday camps and offer different opportunities and activities so please do look out for what best suits your child!

They offer activities for all ages, covering art, nature, performing arts, STEM, team games and sport, along with teenage activities and trips and SEN specific and inclusive activities.

All sessions will include a free meal for the child or young person attending, enriching activities and fun! Children will need to bring along a refillable drinks bottle, wear suitable clothing for indoor and outdoor activities, and arrive with lots of energy!
