SWAN's Volunteer Transport scheme covering Bath & North East Somerset, providing a friendly and reliable service operation with a team of volunteer drivers. Providing transport for people of all ages who are on a low income with minimal savings, our primary provision is for older people, those with mobility issues, or those who are geographically isolated. Our volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to help people remain independent in the community for all social activities and health appointments. Most of our drivers provide transport during the day from Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend trips, and some out of county trips by arrangement if drivers are available.
