Young Carers HAF programme offers a supportive and enriching experience, giving young carers the chance to relax, have fun, and connect with others in a similar situation. With a wide range of activities including residential camps, culture and history days, outdoor adventures, cookery, creative workshops and hands-on animal experiences, there is something for everyone.
