Description
Targeted Holiday Playscheme at Three Ways School and other locations across Bath and North East Somerset. This provision is for children and young people aged 5 (and in Year 1) to 19 years with disabilities across the area. See our Holiday Playschemes page on our website for more information about upcoming playschemes. You must complete registration forms and send copies of any Care Plans or EHCP to us. Once registered, you will be sent links to request places for holiday playschemes by forms. Once allocations are completed, you will need to accept and pay for your place. We do hold waiting list for days as these become full and you will be asked if you are happy to be on a waiting list.
