Description

Targeted Holiday Playscheme at Three Ways School and other locations across Bath and North East Somerset. This provision is for children and young people aged 5 (and in Year 1) to 19 years with disabilities across the area. The Holiday Playschemes run for Primary and Secondary aged children with SEND from 9am to 2pm or 10am for 3pm for secondary during specific dates during B&NES School Holidays, usually Easter, Summer, October and February Half terms. See our Holiday Playschemes page on our website for more information about upcoming playschemes. You must complete registration forms and send copies of any Care Plans or EHCP to us. Once registered, you will be sent links to request places for holiday playschemes by forms. Once allocations are completed, you will need to accept and pay for your place. We do hold waiting list for days as these become full and you will be asked if you are happy to be on a waiting list. Once you are registered with us, you will be sent a link to a form fore requesting a place at the next Holiday Playscheme, usually sent around 6 weeks before. Allocations are then sent to parents individually and you can either accept or decline. Where you accept, you will be sent an invoice which will need to be paid before the first date that your child is attending.
