Childminder with 27 years' experience of looking after minded children. Rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted in May 2025.
My mission statement is: to provide the children I look after with a happy, caring, safe and stimulating environment. Each child’s needs are carefully considered to allow that child to develop his or her emotional, intellectual, social, creative and physical skills alongside other children.
I also aim to build a strong working relationship with the children’s parents and offer a flexible service, sympathetic to the demands of their work/home life schedules.
My ethos is not just that ‘Every Child Matters’, but that ‘Every Person Matters’, because it is my belief that by supporting everyone involved in a child’s life, it gives that child the best chance of positive outcomes on every level.
