  • Bath Community Transport are an independent not for profit provider, that operate across Bath and North East Somerset to provide safe, accessible transport for people who cannot use public transport due to disability, age or lack of access to services. Groups can use the service to attend support groups, shopping, lunches out, day trips or to help you play an active part in community life. Individuals can use the service for transport to medical appointments. You must become a member and travel charges are payable.

  • Bath Happy Days is situated in the Mulberry Park Development. Our nursery and pre-school will be open from 7am to 7pm, 50 weeks per year, offering childcare and early years education to children aged 12 weeks to 5 years.

  • The Genesis Trust exists to offer immediate practical help to people who are hungry, homeless and vulnerable, and provide long-term help and opportunities for them to rebuild their lives. We work individually with people on their journey from despair to hope, from crisis to independence.

  • Bath Mencap Society is a local charity supporting all local people with learning disabilities, their families and carers, in Bath and the surrounding areas.

  • Registered holiday play scheme for children and young people aged 12 to 19 years with special educational needs and disabilities that meet the eligibility criteria available on our website. This provision is age appropriate for the young people attending and can include activities such as preparing and cooking food, karaoke, clay and other sensory activities, football, basketball and off site activities including using public transport on visits. Staff are all DBS Checked, first aid trained and experienced in working with children with additional needs.

  • Bath Area Play Project The Hut Pre-school and Nursery is open 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday term time only. Half day sessions are available 9am to 12 noon and 12 - 3pm. We accept 2 and 3 year old funding for 15 and 30 hours and are able to offer extended care from 8.30pm to 3.30pm. There is a small session charge of £3 per session for resources like trips, Forest School & materials like clay and cooking ingredients. We also accept most Childcare Vouchers and Government Tax Free Childcare.
