Just like lots of other people, you will have times when your mental health feels really good. You may also have times in your life when you are struggling with your mental health (how you feel). If you feel like you are struggling with this, it is important to speak to someone you trust such as a friend, parent, support worker or maybe a doctor. They will be able to help get you the help and support you need.

Autism.org have information on their site about various mental health disorders some people can experience.

Young Minds have advice and tips to help you achieve good mental health and ideas about things you can do to keep it going. Find out more on their Autism and Mental Health pages.
