Mentoring /AP provision - healthy activities/sports delivered on a 1:1 basis with qualified and experienced staff matched to individual children/young people's needs.
Sessions available from 1 - 15 hours per week per pupil. Daytime provision only.
Delivered mainly at SFC premises in Chilcompton either at our main sports hub or our wellbeing centre for women and girls.
Costs to be agreed according to amount of provision.
