Small Strides CIC

Small Strides CIC is a Trauma Informed Therapeutic Horsemanship centre, offering a range of therapeutic interventions, programs and course. We aim to improve mental, physical and emotional well-being, as well as enabling personal growth through the interaction with horses in nature. We specialise in working with neurodivergent children and adults, those that are experiencing mental health difficulties and PTSD.

We offer a range of therapeutic courses and programs both long and short term, ranging between 6-12 weeks +.

Our programs follow our bespoke framework, which aims to help clients progress in a range of different areas including; emotional regulation, self-esteem, confidence, reduce anxiety, improve concentration and focus all while learning new skills, having fun and more.

These packages are tailored for those with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCP) who need specialist provision to support their educational needs and well-being. We have a strong focus on person-centered care offering a holistic approach, and realizing everybody is a unique individual and requires different levels of support.

We have a team of specialist facilitators who have a wealth of experience working in specialist settings with SEN children and young people, neurodivergent clients and those who have experienced past trauma and early attachment ruptures.
