Sound Lab: Music Making for ASC / SEN
A fun and interactive after-school music-making programme for young people from the Somer Valley area aged 14+ that are on the autistic spectrum or who have additional learning needs such as ADHD.
Join our Sound Lab RADSTOCK group and explore, collaborate, express your inner musicality and have fun through improvisation, songwriting, music technology, instrumental performance and games.
Sound Lab is a regular community music group we deliver in Radstock and online.
Sound Lab sessions are designed to meet the needs of all young people aged 14+ with neurological differences (such as those with ASC or ADHD).
Our current group is made up of young people from Fosse Way School, Critchell School, Three Ways School, Newbury Manor, Frome College, Bath College Somer Valley, Selwood Academy, Oakfield Academy, Swallow Charity youth group and recent school-leavers. When: Fridays 18.30-20.00 during term time
Where: Radstock Youth Hub (BA3 3QB) & online via Zoom
