Cholwell House Nursing Home Ltd

Cholwell House Nursing Home has been a family run care home since 1992 and is located in Temple Cloud, Bristol. Designed to meet the residents’ specific needs, there are single and double rooms located over 3 floors and including a choice of communal areas in which to relax or socialise. Upper floors are accessible by elevator and each room has a nurse call system in place.

Cholwell House is dual registered, offering residential care as well as nursing care for individuals who are living with conditions which challenge their mental or physical health. 

Cholwell House has been proudly affiliated with the nationally recognised Gold Standards Framework for Care Homes since 2011, when we first achieved Beacon status for our end of life care for those living with dementia. 

Accreditation in 2017 as ‘Care Home of the Year’ recognised our commitment and passion to celebrate lives, supporting people to live well until they die in their preferred place of care, cossetted in love and emotional security.
