We offer an 8-bed supported housing project in Bath for Adults with a diagnosis of Autism. The intention is for all residents to move into independent living within two years.

About

<p>Commissioned through B&amp;NES, this service&nbsp;offers personalised support to enable&nbsp;residents&nbsp;to develop independent living and social skills. We work with other agencies such as social services and state specialist services&nbsp;e.g. B&amp;NES &amp; Bristol Autism Advice Service (BAAS) to ensure the right package of support is in place, at the right level and at the right time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>What can you expect?&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>A comfortable, supportive environment with staff available between the hours of 09.00-17.00&nbsp;Monday to Friday. A Julian House on-call service available for out of hours emergencies.</li>
<li>A support plan based on your strengths and aspirations for the future, including, where appropriate, access to a personal budget that you can tailor to your needs both present and future.</li>
<li>Access to both onsite and offsite activities that develop living, social and where appropriate employment skills. Julian House always try to ensure residents build a strong and appropriate support network that can be maintained when moving on.</li>
</ul>

<p>Residents&nbsp;can stay for up to two years and are encouraged to become an integral part of the house community.&nbsp; Julian House support staff work with residents, their&nbsp;families/carers and other professionals to ensure everyone who needs to be,&nbsp;is included in the&nbsp;residents’&nbsp;support.&nbsp;</p>
