Living with dementia can be overwhelming, but you're not alone.

Our Dementia Advisers offer information and practical guidance to help you understand dementia, cope with day to day challenges and prepare for the future. We offer information to people who are worried about their memory and more in depth support to people with a diagnosis and those supporting them.  Our service isa available over the phone, online via email and video calls, in writing and face to face. 

We also offer Carers Information and Support Programs - an online course over 4-5 weeks to help family and friends who are supporting someone with a diagnosis learn more about dementia. Course dates vary depending on demand so please get in contact if you are interested in attending.

Singing for the Brain. This group activity offers a social, stimulating activity designed to enhance wellbeing and bring fun and confidence to the lives of people affected by dementia. You don't need to be a good singer. Join us for old and new songs in a friendly environment. We meet at the All Saints Church in Weston on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday. Please contact us to in the first instance.
