Join our Memory Group
Living with memory loss or mild to moderate Dementia or know someone who is? Our groups run across the county and are a safe, stimulating space for people living with memory loss or Dementia to have fun, try new things and make friends. For people with memory problems, including those without a formal dementia diagnosis. These groups also give some respite for carers too.
What to expect?
Refer yourself or someone else by ringing or emailing us on the details above.
These groups are specially designed to use Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) which has been shown to improve concentration, memory, confidence and quality of life. It is the only non-drug treatment recommended to improve cognition, independence and well-being by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence Research.

Where?
We have groups running in Midsomer Norton, Bath and Keynsham every week.
Bath (The Studio, Westgate Street) : Wednesday 2 - 4pm & Friday 10am - 12pm
Radstock (The Somer Center): Wednesday 10-12pm
Keynsham (Baptist Church): Wednesday 10am - 2pm
Keynsham (The Chocolate Quarter Retirement Village): Tuesday 10am - 12pm
Fees are £27.50.
