About

ReMind UK provides the NHS memory clinic for Bath and North East Somerset at our centre on the site of the Royal United Hospital. To access the memory clinic, you can be referred by your GP or can self-refer privately. We were recently rated 'outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission.

We also offer a free support service for people affected by dementia, including loved ones. For people living with dementia, we have a range of programmes to improve memory and wellbeing. As well as regular dementia-friendly casual activities such as museum trips, photography and poetry events.

Carers of someone with dementia can attend one of our information days to connect with others, take advice and ask questions. Loved ones can also join our peer support videocalls, wellbeing sessions or discussion groups.

ReMind UK have now launched a new handy Guide to Living Well with Dementia, free to download online. Designed for people with dementia and loved ones in mind, curated by our support team. The guide is a collection of top tips and includes a directory of useful services in Bath and North East Somerset.

ReMind UK's Research Institute for Brain Health has been at the cutting edge of dementia research for over two decades. We believe everyone with a dementia diagnosis should have the option to take part in research which could find the next treatment or ways to live better for longer. ReMind UK are currently delivering several innovative research trials looking at brain function, the immune system, potential treatment for Alzheimer’s Disease and managing dementia.
