About
This service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism or ADHD. We can assess you and help you understand your diagnosis, offering therapeutic input. We can also advise on what you might practically need to support you in your daily life, physical health, communication, mental health and independence.
We also offer guidance for your family or carer, to help you get the support you need. Beyond this, we’ll help you access other health, emotional and social support and we’ll work with GPs, therapists, and other professionals to ensure you get the right care at the right time.
