Bath Mind's Welfare Benefits Service is part of a joint project with Citizens’ Advice B&NES.  Their trained mental health support worker assists people struggling to understand and apply for benefits, navigate the benefits pathway and support at any appeal stages. Due to the complex nature of the work, all referrals are taken via Citizens’ Advice B&NES.
