We are a charity that supports people with disabilities to live independently. Most of the people we support have a direct payment for their care and support. We provide advice and guidance to support people to get the most from their direct payment. We are an approved provider in Bath and North East Somerset.

Penderels Trust supports adults and children who receive a direct payment in the county to get the most out of their care money and to achieve their goals.  Our support services include:

  • Guidance on all aspects of being a good employer including legal obligations and responsibilities
  • Support with choosing and using a care agency
  • Help with money management and keeping accurate records
  • Payroll services at competitive rates
  • Financial support services including managed accounts
  • Support planning & brokerage
