We are dedicated to providing a lifeline for vulnerable individuals in the community.

We operate more than 40 different projects, accommodation sites and social enterprises across South West England supporting more than 2000 individuals a year.

Our project and services include:

  • 20 bed hostel to support clients to move away from rough sleeping
  • Outreach services supporting anyone who has been forced to sleep rough
  • Specialist domestic abuse support and refuge accommodation
  • Supported housing for individuals at risk of homelessness
  • Employment and skills support for adults experiencing homelessness or long-term unemployment
  • Refugee resettlement
  • Criminal Justice – support and accommodation for prison leavers
  • Recovery services – addiction recovery and mental health support
  • Autism – support and accommodation for individuals with learning difficulties
  • Travelling communities – support and help to access services
  • Bike workshops – courses that help individuals build on skills to help them into employment
  • Hospital discharge – advice for patients who are at risk of homelessness on discharge from hospital
