We are dedicated to providing a lifeline for vulnerable individuals in the community.
We operate more than 40 different projects, accommodation sites and social enterprises across South West England supporting more than 2000 individuals a year.
Our project and services include:
- 20 bed hostel to support clients to move away from rough sleeping
- Outreach services supporting anyone who has been forced to sleep rough
- Specialist domestic abuse support and refuge accommodation
- Supported housing for individuals at risk of homelessness
- Employment and skills support for adults experiencing homelessness or long-term unemployment
- Refugee resettlement
- Criminal Justice – support and accommodation for prison leavers
- Recovery services – addiction recovery and mental health support
- Autism – support and accommodation for individuals with learning difficulties
- Travelling communities – support and help to access services
- Bike workshops – courses that help individuals build on skills to help them into employment
- Hospital discharge – advice for patients who are at risk of homelessness on discharge from hospital
