Millstream provides Extra Care Housing for older people in self-contained apartments on an assured tenancy basis. Being part of the wider development at The Chocolate Quarter, Millstream residents are able to make use of all the fantastic on-site facilities, such as the gym/spa, art studio and lounges. Residents can also enjoy a wide range of social activities and events all organised by the village’s dedicated engagement co-ordinator.
If you need help with personal care and daily activities, and your current housing is no longer suitable, then Extra Care Housing might be the answer for you. Extra Care enables you to have the care and support you need whilst maintaining a high degree of privacy and security.
A trained care and support team is based on-site to assist you with personal care and any other tasks you are unable to do alone. Residents also benefit from an on-site management and concierge team who will be able to help with any problems you have with your apartment.
