We have 12 supported living houses, including 24 hour staffing and communal facilities. Each house also has an experienced manager who offers a unique service provision, tailored to the individual needs of the clients.
Outreach+ provides a move-on service from our supported living accommodation. A small cluster of flats or bedsits that have staff on site in the day from Monday to Friday and the benefit of the night teams service. This provides a saving for commissioners and a stepping stone to greater independence for our clients.
We offer a wide range of outreach services from a few hours to 30-40 hrs a week. This includes helping managing bills, monitoring mental health & social interaction to those that have complex needs but who are better suited or able to live in the community.
