About
Freeways provides floating/visiting support to clients at various locations, including their homes and community settings. The service aims to enhance the well-being and independence of clients through a range of support tasks.
We offer short term support (up to 2 years) and we mainly support with;
- financial support applying for grants/welfare support
- support with finding new accommodation
- contacting Homesearch to help with peoples account
- tenancy support with landlord or reporting repairs
- budgeting advice, paying rent or bills, managing bills or letters
- contacting utility companies such as water, gas or electric
- support with dealing with debts
- claiming housing or council tax benefits, PIP and other benefit applications.
We also signpost into other service they may offer support we are not able to provide.
We also have a drop in every last Wednesday of the month 10.00-13.00 at the Keynsham library.
Please note at all drop in’s we have a staff member that is able to sign in BSL to offer support for Deaf clients.
