St John’s Foundation provides a Crisis Programme that directly supports individuals and families experiencing challenges within their home environment, their financial security, health, education or employability.
To be eligible for financial support from the Crisis Programme, the individual or family must be living within the Bath and North East Somerset area.
In addition, monthly disposable income (i.e. the income remaining every month after all essential spending) must not exceed £250 for a household with no dependent children, £275 for a household with up to two dependent children or £300 for a household with three or more dependent children. At our discretion, this can be higher if the family is larger or has some other extenuating circumstance.
Applications must be made through one of our recognised referrers such as a local charity or housing association. See our website for referral details, where you can also find out more about the support we offer through the programme.
Whether you are a referrer looking to find out more information or an individual requiring support, we are here to help.
