The Natural Pathways Wellbeing Programme provides nature-based activities at Bath City Farm for people experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood and stress.
A friendly free wildlife conservation group with a focus to improve people’s mental wellbeing.
Join the group on Thursdays and you’ll be learning lots about wildlife and conservation. Activities include, hedge laying, scything, wildlife identification and surveying. This is a small group aimed at improving low moods or stress through nature based mindfulness. The sessions are led by an experienced members of staff from Avon Wildlife Trust who will guide you through the various activities, giving demonstrations and individual support.
