Keynsham Information and Advice Service

Keynsham Library and Information Service is located in the town centre near the clocktower. The building is bright and airy and has some lovely window displays with both permanent and changing themes.

Library Services:

  • Full browsing and collection of reservations. Borrow, renew and return library items through the self-service kiosks
  • Free PC access for a maximum of 2 hours for library members and 30 minutes for visitors - there's no need to book
  • Black and white and colour printing and photocopying - A4, A3 and double sided 
  • Free Wifi
  • Free weekly events e.g. Storytime, Baby Bounce and Rhyme. Please check website for current groups

  • Help with general enquiries
  • Issue of Welfare Support Voucher
  • Self-service telephones to speak to partners
  • Self-service payment kiosk 
  • Issue of Diamond Travel Cards, or apply online
  • Purchase of garden waste sacks
  • Support with Blue Badges 
  • Pre-booked Registrar appointments
  • Certification of documents & Scanning documents to Partner organisations
  • Appointments with Citizens Advice or Reach, please contact them directly to make an appointment
