Pregnancy & Post-natal Pilates

A Pilates class for pregnant or post-natal women at Yeofit, Blagdon. Babies are welcome too and there's a great cafe for chatting in after the session.

At a pregnancy and post-natal Pilates class with me you will learn exercises that strengthen your whole body in a way that’s appropriate.

You’ll be learning the classical order of Pilates mat exercises specifically modified for pregnant and post-natal bodies.

Book your place if you want to strengthen your pelvic floor, reduce abdominal separation and find balance and connection between your body, mind and spirit.

Babies are more than welcome to come and join in too, and there's a great cafe for after the session.
