Fun Seated Dancing Sessions

Music reminiscence and movement sessions enabling adults to enjoy dancing in a safe and supported way, either seated or standing depending on individual capabilities. Sessions are designed to be as inclusive as possible and are suitable for adults with limited mobility and also dementia friendly.

These sessions help people connect socially and stay active mentally and physically. Research shows that dancing can significantly improve wellbeing in older adults, including improvements in muscle strength, stamina and balance.

With experience in dancing, facilitation and community engagement, including working with people living with dementia and their carers. Sam’s approach is collaborative to ensure everyone benefits from taking part.
