What support can we offer?
Our support is personalised to your needs and may include (but is not limited to):
- Shopping support – helping you access groceries, collecting shopping on your behalf, setting up online shopping, and exploring longer-term solutions.
- Signposting – connecting you with local services, community groups and agencies.
- Transport to appointments – including GP, hospital, optician and other essential visits.
- Wellbeing calls and visits – checking in regularly to support your safety and emotional wellbeing.
- Help with paperwork – including form filling, opening and understanding mail, applications, and memory support tools.
- Benefits advice and income maximisation – such as support with Attendance Allowance, PIP, ESA and other entitlements.
- Advocacy – listening to your views and helping you express your wishes in meetings or reviews.
- Social connection and activity support – helping you find and attend local events, or simply offering company for a walk, coffee or chat if you’re feeling lonely.
Additional support
Curo ILS also offers a self-funding option for longer-term support. This can include access to a 24-hour Careline pendant alarm, providing added reassurance and safety at home.
