No matter your level, we're here to help. From one-to-one support at our Click Cafes, to home visits to equipment loans you can pick and choose what works for you.
How we help?
Click Cafés
We run Click Cafés in Bath, Keynsham, Radstock, and at the Royal United Hospital, offering friendly spaces where digital learners can enjoy a tea or coffee while receiving free one-to-one digital support. Each hour-long session is tailored to individual needs.
Bath Click Café
In-person one-to-one support
Every Wednesday, 10am - 12pm

Home Visits
For those unable to attend Click Cafés due to transport issues, mobility challenges, social anxiety, or other reasons, we offer home visits within Bath and North East Somerset.
When: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule, depending on our volunteers' availability.

Device Loan Scheme
Our Digital Device Loan Scheme offers:
- Free device loans (tablets, phones, SIM cards, speakers) with free data
- No home internet needed
- One-to-one support to make getting online simple and stress-free
- An 8-12 week loan period to build confidence and learn at your own pace
