Support Through Court

If you're facing court without representation anywhere in England or Wales, we can help. We're here for you at all stages of the court process and can offer emotional and practical support, and some help with completing court forms. We cannot give legal advice, and if our volunteers can’t help, we will try to suggest other services for callers.

Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm (closed 12:30-1:30pm)

National Online Service

Like our National Helpline, our National Online Service supports anyone across England or Wales who is unable to access one of our local services. 

Monday – Friday 9:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm  by appointment only (link on website).
