The Carers' Centre

The Carers' Centre is a local charity dedicated to supporting the thousands of people caring for their loved ones in the Bath and North East Somerset area. They provide trusted information, advice and support to anyone looking after partner, family member or friend that may need extra help due to old age, illness, disability, mental health problem or an addiction.

Looking after someone can be very rewarding, but can also take a toll on your physical and mental wellbeing. 

The Carers' Centre offer opportunities for unpaid carers of all ages to help support your health and wellbeing, connect you to others in a similar situation and are on hand to help you navigate the challenges of caring. 

Services include:

  • Financial guidance
  • Employment advice
  • Wellbeing activities
  • Emotional support
  • One to one support planning sessions
  • Access to a community of carers who are sharing experiences
