Care Experienced Council

A group for care-experienced young people aged 18-25. We meet monthly to help improve the care system and to take part in fun activities and trips. A safe space with other care-leavers. Completely free. Food provided and travel support available. We also run in-care groups for 5-11 year-olds and 12-17 year-olds: see 'In Care Councils'.

<p>The Care Experienced Council is for young adults in BANES who have been in care in the past.&nbsp;</p><p>The Care Councils are all supported by Off The Record to improve services for young people in care, by sharing their views and experiences. We have a lot of fun together making friends with people who get what it’s like.</p>
