We work with families who have multiple or complex needs and require intensive interventions to help them achieve positive outcomes for themselves. Our aim is to work with you as a family to make a positive difference to your progress.

About

Who do we support:

  • Young People who are not engaging with school, at risk of exclusion or have low school attendance
  • Young parents and children under 5 years old who need support
  • Individuals with mental or physical health conditions that are long-standing or memory loss caused by medication or illness 
  • Those with drug or alcohol dependency
  • Children and young people at risk of abuse and neglect
  • Families members with SEND or learning difficulties
  • Those with reading and writing difficulties (or English not being a first language)
  • Individuals or families at risk from crime or anti-social behaviour
  • Families experiencing domestic violence or family conflict
  • Families with financial issues or long-standing debt
  • Families with housing issues (unsuitable, overcrowding or at risk of eviction)
