Who do we support:
- Young People who are not engaging with school, at risk of exclusion or have low school attendance
- Young parents and children under 5 years old who need support
- Individuals with mental or physical health conditions that are long-standing or memory loss caused by medication or illness
- Those with drug or alcohol dependency
- Children and young people at risk of abuse and neglect
- Families members with SEND or learning difficulties
- Those with reading and writing difficulties (or English not being a first language)
- Individuals or families at risk from crime or anti-social behaviour
- Families experiencing domestic violence or family conflict
- Families with financial issues or long-standing debt
- Families with housing issues (unsuitable, overcrowding or at risk of eviction)
