About
We provide a wide range of children and young people’s services which look after the physical, medical and mental health and wellbeing of children and young people up to the age of 19 years old.
We provide our services in the community, families’ homes, schools, and children’s centres, and we aim to see patients as soon as possible. In most cases, you will need to be referred to us by your GP, midwife, or another health or education professional.

- School Aged Health Service (5 – 19 years)
- School aged immunisations
- Health Visiting (0 – 4 years)
- Family Nurse Partnership (FNP)
