Aged 16–21 and not in work, education or training? The Youth Guarantee project is here to help. If you live in the Bath & North East Somerset and aren’t in work, education or training right now, we’ve got free support to help you take your next step! Whether you need help finding a job, starting training, or going back into education you can access careers advice, confidence building, travel support, and hands-on work experience.

The B&NES Youth Guarantee is here to help young people aged 16–21 who are not in education, employment or training, to find their next step. Whether it’s getting into work, training, or education, we offer free, personalised support to make the journey easier. We have partnered with some local providers to support with a range of personal and professional skill development opportunities, we are running short courses and longer term one to one support all to help you reach your next step. We are also able to offer practical solutions like free bus passes or e-bike loans to remove transport barriers. Our goal is simple: to make sure every young person in Bath & North East Somerset has the chance to succeed, whatever their starting point.
