The B&NES Youth Guarantee is here to help young people aged 16–21 who are not in education, employment or training, to find their next step. Whether it’s getting into work, training, or education, we offer free, personalised support to make the journey easier. This includes one-to-one careers advice, help with confidence building, and practical solutions like free bus passes or e-bike loans to remove transport barriers. Our goal is simple: to make sure every young person in Bath & North East Somerset has the chance to succeed, whatever their starting point.
