We also complete a qualification in Personal Development and Employability Skills which focuses on Wellbeing and Teamwork. Young people will gain up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support after the programme to help them achieve their personal goals.

We work with partners across the Southwest and are expanding our services including an employability programme – FareChance - targeted at young people aged 18-24 who are looking for work experience in a fast paced and exciting environment.
