Finding Futures provides highly personalised, quality employability programmes for young people with EHCPs. The focus is on specialist support and high-quality work placement opportunities, alongside learning in important areas such as: money management, CV building, interview skills, and much more. Job Coaches support the development of confidence, independence and resilience in the workplace whilst interns develop technical and employability skills across a variety of job roles and sectors. Our study pathways include:
- 'Works for You' route to work programme
- 'Project SEARCH' supported internship programme
