We offer initial travel support to young people who would like to travel independently for School, college or training as part of the Bath and North East Somerset SEND contract with the Council.
Young people are identified through their School Annual Review to receive individual travel support to teach skills and increase confidence needed for independent travel.
We design an individual programme of support to learn a route and may include road safety, stranger danger, telling the time and how to use your bus pass/app.
