<p>The WE Work for Everyone programme engages people to explore ways to help you move closer to paid employment.</p>How it works<p>You will be assigned an experienced employment navigator, who will work with you to develop a personalised plan to find employment.&nbsp;</p>Your navigator will work with you to:<ul><li>assess your needs</li><li>find out what you want to achieve</li><li>find the right training opportunities</li><li>provide support to training</li><li>support the application process</li><li>prepare for interviews</li></ul><p>When you move into paid work, we will discuss what extra support you need to stay in your job. This might be in-work support to help you learn your new job, or it could be a weekly phone call to see how you are getting on. We will talk to you about what works best for you and together come up with a plan.</p>
