Step and Stone
Based in South Bristol, Step and Stone is a bakery working with people to develop their skills and confidence and support them into paid employment.
Step and Stone helps develop career confidence through skills training and building confidence. When someone is ready for a job, we identify a possible employer, approach them and accompany each person to any interview. We help with full job coaching and even travel training. All of this in a friendly, supportive way. Knowing how important it is to have a good social life, we also organise monthly get-togethers.
