Our mission is empowering people with M.E. to fulfil their potential and secure the care and support they need, while working towards a greater understanding of the illness and ultimately a cure. Alongside providing much-needed support services, we work closely with professionals and policy-makers to improve access to appropriate care and support services, and collaborate with scientists, patients and clinicians to drive forward biomedical research into M.E.

Our Autism Friendly screenings are adapted in a variety of ways to help reduce anxiety and overstimulation and ensure a safe, enjoyable cinema experience for people with autism, and their families, friends and carers. Autism Friendly Screenings are on the third Sunday of the month at 10.30.

We offer an 8-bed supported housing project in Bath for Adults with a diagnosis of Autism. The intention is for all residents to move into independent living within two years.

BAPP Saturday Clubs

We run two Saturday Clubs as part of the Short Breaks Term time contract open to all children who meet the eligibility criteria for Short Breaks. See BAPP website. One for primary age children and one for secondary. All our staff are experienced at working with children with disabilities and additional needs, including complex needs and many work in Special Schools full time.

BASS is an NHS out-patient service that offers specialist, multidisciplinary diagnostic assessment to adults suspected of being autistic, in addition to a range of post-diagnostic support. We deliver post-diagnostic support through the Autism Advice Service, where you can access advice, support, social networks and learn about resources in your local community.
