We offer:
- Regular weekly Therapeutic Chair Yoga classes for Adults and Seniors at Easton Community Centre every Wednesday 11-12 pm, perfect for people with restricted body mobility due to disability, injury, aging, Multiple Sclerosis, Arthritis, Chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, anxiety. These sessions are founded £2 per person.
- Family Yoga monthly sessions at Easton Community Centre every 4th Saturday of each month. these classes are founded £2 per family.
- Mobile Therapeutic Yoga service: Inclusive and Accessible one to one and group yoga sessions held at the clients location, 30 min session (£35) or 60 min sessions (£50) , if booked in monthly blocks discount applies.
